For entering Dominion Hall on two separate occasions in defiance of Imperial orders. - Criminal Mischief (1-LCC § 4.2.3.2) – Three Counts
For defacing state signage and altering civic identifiers, including the “Dominion Hall” nameplate and New Terranova’s welcome sign. - Treason (1-LCC § 4.4.1.2) – One Count
For claiming personal sovereignty over New Terranova and renaming state assets in a deliberate challenge to Imperial authority.
II. STATEMENT OF FACTS
On four separate occasions across the preceding weeks, Huge Larry unlawfully entered and vandalized Dominion Hall, proclaiming personal rule over New Terranova. These symbolic actions, though nonviolent, culminated in the Empire filing Case No. 572-LIR-NT, which stalled in early proceedings.
Shortly thereafter, Huge Larry re-emerged in the company of Exoticus Exo, Isaac Acentino, Kevinus Exo, Louis Lime, and Zack Arn during a baptismal ritual linked to the “Larry Cult.” There, they confronted Princess Salem Alvaldi, pressuring her to be baptized and accept marriage in exchange for submission. When she refused and mocked the ceremony, Exoticus Exo, Isaac Acentino, and Huge Larry assaulted her with swords, and Isaac verbally declared her exiled from the Idesian Empire—a declaration made outside of Idesian territory, enforced through violence, and leveled against a foreign Princess under coercive ideological conditions. Though Isaac may rule Ides, this act represents an extrajudicial aggression against a Lilaris national, and is prosecutable under Imperial law as both assault and unlawful overreach.
Zack Arn, Louis Lime, and Kevinus Exo were present throughout the incident. While direct participation in the violence remains under investigation, all are charged with Unlawful Assembly and may face additional charges pending testimony or forensic review.
The Empire further alleges that Exoticus Exo and Isaac Acentino aided in the escape or concealment of Huge Larry, who had previously defied lawful orders and was not authorized to appear in public.
III. JURISDICTIONAL CLAIM
Pursuant to Section 5.3 of the Criminal Code Act, the Second Lilaris Empire claims full jurisdiction on the following grounds:
-
The victim, Princess Salem Alvaldi, is a royal citizen of the Empire, and any assault against her constitutes an assault upon the Crown itself.
-
The location of the incident, though physically outside central Imperial territory, was unclaimed land lacking recognized sovereign governance or judicial protections.
-
New Ides, the realm governed by Isaac Acentino (a Defendant), is structurally incapable of providing impartial justice, as it lacks:
- A codified legal system,
- An independent judiciary,
- Basic safeguards for conflict-of-interest recusal.
-
Furthermore, the Idesian government is demonstrably compromised by cultic ideologies, namely the “Larry Cult,” which played a direct role in the incident. Its leadership has shown repeated alignment with this group, including participation in unlawful baptisms, promotion of its symbols, and harboring of its founder (Huge Larry) during his fugitive period.
-
Therefore, under Imperial precedent and the doctrine of protective jurisdiction, the New Terranova Imperial Court shall exercise full prosecutorial authority in this matter, both in defense of its citizen and to preserve international legal integrity.
IV. SENTENCING RECOMMENDATIONS (Preliminary)

- 2–3 months of detention

The Department of Justice hereby demands:
